"I came to Chloe for career advice after three years in my first job after university. I was in a difficult situation of whether I wanted to stay in the same industry or find another industry.  

 I spoke with a couple of different career coaches and instantly knew that Chloe was perfect for me and exactly the kind of person who would boost my confidence and help me find my next job no matter what! 

 We initially went through my strengths and weaknesses as well the Thomas International assessment. These assessments highlighted skills that I did not even know myself were my strengths – in turn, this opened up a whole new aspect of roles that I had not previously imagined.  We then went through my CV and LinkedIn which strengthened my confidence to start applying for jobs. 

During the interview process, Chloe’s positivity and energy kept me motivated and on track during the difficult moments of the interview and job hunt process. Chloe is always on the end of the phone at any time of the day for any query whether it is minor or major.   Chloe was extremely helpful in guiding and encouraging me to apply to jobs that I thought were out of my reach. For the new role I have just started, when I initially saw the job specification, I believed I did not have the correct skills or experience for the role – h wever, Chloe gave me the confidence to apply to the role and so I couldn’t have done it without her!

"My work with Chloe started as I left university in August 2020 at peak of the Covid Pandemic. I’ve no doubt that hunting for a job would have been daunting in normal times but it felt like a particularly intimidating task at that moment in time. This was firstly due to the furlough scheme implemented by the government making it difficult to keep a job, let alone to find one as an unemployed graduate! Secondly, and perhaps most importantly due my own lack of confidence and belief that an employment opportunity could present itself.

After I started working with Chloe, this mindset completely changed. From the get-go Chloe launched into our work with huge energy and positivity, carefully plotting various employment opportunities and markets that perhaps could have been of interest through use of questionnaires and the PPA test. "I had just finished university and the prospect of finding a job was daunting as well as difficult. I found Chloe online and had no idea what to expect of a career coach.

Chloe devotes her time getting to know you in order to be able to guide you in the direction that is right for you. At first I did not know what I wanted to do, however Chloe helped me through the process one step at a time!
