I offer a bespoke career coaching service for young professionals who are either looking for their first job or are looking to pivot from a current position. The objective is to help clients understand their true value to a business, open their eyes to new industries and positions and define a clear career path that is right for them and deliver a plan to help them achieve it.
Whether you are a graduate or young professional with job experience – this tailored mentoring style of coaching will help you. My programme involves psychometric & skills assessments to assess which industries and jobs are best suited to an individual. We then move onto unique job searching techniques, introductions to my network, advice on overcoming Ai applications, perfecting the art of interviews and assessment centres. I will help you effectively navigate the job market, develop your core skills, hone public profiles and ultimately give you the very best chance of achieving the end goal of finding the right job, whilst boosting your confidence.

As we all know it can be incredibly daunting finding a new job – where do you even start? Browsing endless job sites, sending off your CV into a black hole and no one replying? As a qualified Thomas International Practitioner I will guide you through the results of a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA). It provides rapid and deep insights into a person's behavioural preferences and communication style. This helps us to pinpoint your working style and behavioural traits in the workplace.
